Inclusion criteria: 1) Working persons 2) Persons who can understand the purpose of this study, give informed consent to researchers, and whose physical and mental state is stable. 3) Smartphone users 4) Can access an Internet 5) persons who have two consecutive holidays 6) Persons who do not plan to change or quit a job within 3-month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Working persons with taking medication for physical and/or mental illness 2) Part-time working persons
