Interventions

Administer a gluten-free diet to gluten-sensitive patients for 2 weeks and observe improvement in symptoms. If the subjective symptoms improve, continue a gluten-free diet for another 2 weeks.

Inclusion criteria: Patients with specialty outpatients care for gluten sensitivity of Hyogo College of Medicine.

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of gluten sensitivity is determined by the titer of tissue transglutaminase IgA antibody, the deamidated gliadin peptide IgA antibody, gliadin IgA antibody, gliadin IgGa nti body.
