Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 years old or older Clinically diagnosed breast cancer Expected adjuvant paclitaxel after complete from of Anthracycline base adjuvant chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unable to obtain to informed consent The physicians in charge judge it difficult for their patients to participate in the program. History of allergy by gel nail or nail polish. Severe nail disorder.
