Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: * outpatients who were enrolled with diabetes mellitus from July 2011 to August 2017 * patients with written informed consent * patients should be asymptomatic and self-sufficient in daily life

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * In-hospital patients * patients without written informed consent * patients with symptom * patients without self-sufficient in daily life
