Inclusion criteria: 1 known or suspected colorectal disease 2 colonoscopy scheduled or colonoscopy found colorectal disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindication for GI endoscopy. e.g. Shock status Perforation of GI tract Strangulated ileus
