Interventions

Attach an air tourniquet generally used in orthopedic surgery to the upper arm and attach the NIRS probe to the center of the forearm flexion side (non-dominant hand) with double-sided tape and surgic
s numbness, pain, and absence of abnormal sensation, Experiment 2 was started. As in Experiment 1, the tourniquet was expanded to a pressure of 250 mmHg 2 minutes after the start of NIRS measurement.

Inclusion criteria: Men between the ages of 20 and 30, including our students.

Exclusion criteria: Person with heart disease, respiratory disease, peripheral nerve disease, skin disease, blood disease.
