Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1.Concerned significant others(CSO) include parents,children,siblings,freiends and partners. 2.The CSO has a relationship with the problem gambler or substance-abusing indivisual at least 3 months. 3.The CSO is able to read and answer questions in Japanese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1.The CSO has acute psychiatric symptoms and needs starting or changing psychiatric treatments.
