Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes having hypertriglyceridemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having hepatic and renal dysfunction (serum levels of AST, ALT, and gamma-GTP >100 U/L and/or serum creatinine level >2.0 mg/dL)

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of serum triglyceride level every 1 month for 5 years

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of serum levels of cholesterol, glucose, insulin, and hepatic function parameters, HbA1c level, and BMI every 1 month for 5 years
