Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria included being burned-out, completing the informed consent in writing and being available to participate throughout the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were having no symptoms of burnout at baseline as assessed by OLBI-S dimensions, declining to participate even though there was evidence of burnout problem, being currently enrolled in a stress management intervention, and unwillingness to make oneself available throughout the study duration.
