Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students in the Saitama Prefectural University 13% or more in the Oswestry Disability Index 18-60 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A history of surgery over the low back Serious pathologies diagnosed by a medical doctor Pregnancy One year or less after delivery
