Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Person who can participate in intervention 3 days / week for 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Orthopaedic disorders of lower limb Neuromuscular disorders Person who performs intense exercise (full marathon etc.) during the intervention period Person who is about to start exercise newly Alcohol hypersensitivity
