Conditions

Healthy male athletes (20s) who have been in athletics for more than 5 years at the track and field , and specialize in sprint, jumping and hurdles. They are a member of track and field club in Gunma university.

Interventions

subjects perform mental practice 3 minute daily, for a week. The control group without intervention a week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) For over 5 years experienced inathletics . 2) A healthy male player who specializes in short distance, jumping and hurdles. 3) I belong to the track and field club at Gunma University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have a disease currently being treated in the lower limbs at the start of the study 2) Those who have pain in the lower limbs at the start of the study 3) Those who have a history of a disease that damages the brain function in the past or a disease currently being treated.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Analyze the movement of standing long jump at the start of measurement and one week later.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assess the motor imagery only at the start of measurement.
