Inclusion criteria: Medical information and data in patients who visited to have any care or consultation in the internal medicine on Osaka central hospital between Jan. 1th. 2009. and Dec. 31th. 2018.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical information and data in patients who have no illness related to glucose metabolism.

MeasureTime frame
We investigate the origin that tarnished illness related to diabetes and its complications.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We investigate the other factor, namely food intake and medications, related to the primary outcomes.
