Inclusion criteria: Patient who receive malignant lung or mediastinum surgery in Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine Hospital Patient with written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of chest surgery History of psychiatric disease Patient unable to answer to the questionary
