Interventions

After doing KME, all subjects perform corrective exercises for the body parts that did not meet KME criteria for 2 weeks, and check the improvement.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who: - are healthy and have no problems with daily activities - are aged over 20 and under 60 when signing the participation consent form or when attending the exam.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who: - have pain - have problems with daily activities - are prohibited from exercising by a doctor - have history of injuries which prevented the person from exercising over a month

MeasureTime frame
Assess the efficacy of the KME corrective exercise program by comparing the difference between the pre and post exercise intervention data after 2 weeks. The data will be taken using KME, FMS (Functional Movement Screen, the movement screening tool used by physical therapists and athletic trainers), and range of motion .
