Interventions

All subjects perform 2 different movement evaluations as well as 2 different exercises. They will fill out questionnaire to assess fatigue and pain scale after the exercises.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who: - are healthy and have no problems with daily activities - are aged over 20 and under 60 when signing the participation consent form or when attending the exam.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who: - have pain - have problems with daily activities - are prohibited from exercising by a doctor - have history of injuries which prevented the person from exercising over a month
