Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who 1) are aged over 20 years old . 2) do not exercise regularly. 3) do not have problem with the physical activity associated with the measurement. 4) provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who 1) are prohibited from exercising by doctors. 2) have obstacle about gait function.
