Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically Established or Probable PD diagnosed by MDS clinical diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease 2. Over 20 years old 3. Patients who can obtain informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dementia or hallucination/delusion 2. Severe hearing loss or severe visual impairment 3. Disturbance in consciousness 4. Participating in other intervention trials 5. Changed antiparkinsonian drugs within 28 days before enrollment 6. New antipsychotics or antidepressants within 84 days before enrollment 7. Symptomatic stroke or encephalitis within 84 days before enrollment 8. Daily meditation or yoga
