Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with heart failure who can obtain written informed consent from the person or family Patients with heart failure older than 65 years old when obtaining consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of cerebrovascular disease or cerebrovascular dementia Patients with severe cognitive impairment and difficult to understand and implement Patients with acute myocardial infarction Patients with active bacterial infection Patients with severe hypertension Patients with severe anemia, purpura (those with bleeding factors)
