Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All subjects are new outpatients aged over 20 years who visit the department of general medicine or the emergency room without using emergency service systems such as an ambulance or a medi-helicopter and have abdominal pain as a chief complaint or one of their symptoms.
