Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy elderly persons aged 65 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with a present history of neuropathy, diabetes mellitus, severe heart disease, arrhythmia, or uncontrolled hypertension Those who suffer from pain when being repositioned with assistance Those having cognitive difficulties Those with a Body Mass Index (BMI)of<18.5 or >=25
