Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals belong to Ritsumeikan University
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who habitually skip breakfast, have serious disease, allergy to milk, egg, wheat, soy bean, pork, chicken, and gelatin.
