Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypertensive ADPKD patients using tolvaptan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are as follows: patients with uncontrolled persistent hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg or diastolic pressure >= 110 mmHg); Hyponatremia (serum Na < 135 mEq/L) and/or hypokalemia (serum K < 3.5 mEq/L); prior symptomatic coronary artery or cerebrovascular diseases within the previous 3 months; uncontrolled heart failure (NYHA >= III); symptomatic or lethal arrhythmia; severe valvular diseases.
