L-carnitine 1000mg 3 times/week for 6 months L-carnitine 1000mg 1 time/week + salone 2 times/week for 6 months saline 3 times/week for 6 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HD patients At least 3 months L-carnitine 1000mg 3times/week treatment Patients who have stable Patients whose Hb levels above 10g/dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Symptoms are not stable. Hb levels below 10g/dl
