Inclusion criteria: Included patients were aged >18 years old and transferred to hospitals from the scenes of injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: transferred from other hospitals transferred by physician-staffed cars or helicopters prehospital cardiopulmonary arrest burn injury
