Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Urgently hospitalized patients due to acutely decompensated heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (<35%) and systolic blood pressure (<100mmHg) in a single cardiovascular center between July 2013 and November 2017.
