Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with gestational diabetes and diabetes mellitus in 2nd trimester of pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women (1) who are under 20 years old (2) without written consent (3) who are going to have MRI examination (4) who are going to deliver in other hospital (5) who are not considered eligible to participate in this study by the attending doctor due to other reasons

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The duration of hyperglycemic (over 140mg/dL) based on the records by continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Number of spikes in glucose level based on the records by CGM. The duration of hypoglycemia (below 80mg/dL) based on the records by CGM. Mean amplitude of glycemic excursion (MAGE) Pregnancy outcomes Clinical records and laboratory results related to pregnancy and neonates.
