Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients suffering from pain due to unresectable pancreatic cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age < 18 years 2. Ht < 30% 3. Hb < 10g/dL 4. Plt < 60,000/mm^3 5. PT-INR > 1.4 6. active infection 7. pregnancy 8. massive ascites 9. allergy for applied drugs
