Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients registered as Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli infections from January 1st 2017 to December 31th 2018 in Tokyo.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases whose form of questionnaires are not detailed. 2. Patients who died. 3. Patients who are not checked their negative stool culture.
