Inclusion criteria: atrial fibrillation after cardiac surgery Patients from whom informed consent was obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients from whom informed consent was not obtained Hemodialysis Car<15 valve replacement surgery Doctor's decision not to register to this regimen
