Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Competence of smooth communication in Japanese and answering self-administered questionnaires Having one or more items to be improved among the five lifestyles including smoking, alcohol-drinking, diet, physical activity, and body weight

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cancer
