Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who scheduled for elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia at our hospital after May 2019, and fulfill all the following 3 items 1)20 years old or older 2)American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA-PS) 2 3)Written informed consent is obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following items 1) multiple pregnancy 2) obesity: Body Mass Index 30 kg/m2 or more (at the time of surgery) 3) Less than 37 weeks of pregnancy 4) allergy to any drug used in this study; 5) History of neuropsychiatric disorders
