Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who can keep the accelerometer during the study period (10 weeks) 2) Able to participate in all 6 times (1 time / 2 weeks frequency measurement of all 6 accelerometers, including 4 board games) 3) Male hospital staff members aged 20 to 65

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) A person who is not independent of walking and whose daily living activities are restricted by doctors 2) Those who have exercise habits (exercise for at least 30 minutes a day at least twice a week and continuing for more than a year)
