Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Written informed consent was obtained by all patients in this study. 2) > 40 years old 3) Patients with a forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1/FVC) less than 70 % after inhalation of a bronchodilator, and who fulfilled one of the following criteria 1 Smoking history: > 10 pack-years 2 Chest CT:emphysematous change 3 Spirometry: %DLco < 80%, or %DLco/VA < 80 % 4) Medical history of COPD > 2 Years 5) predicted postoperative(ppo)forced expiratory volume in 1 second after inhalation of a bronchodilator < 65% 6) Eosinophil > 5% or >300, FeNO > 35ppb, increased IgE level 7) CAT score > 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) oral corticosteroids administrated for at least 1 year 2) complication of malignancy disease 3) Diffuse panoramic bronchitis,congenital sinus bronchial syndrome, obstructive panbronchitis, bronchiectasis, pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumoconiosis, lymphangiomyomatosis, congestive heart failure, interstitial lung disease
