Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pathological or clinical diagnosis of non-spine bone metastases 2. painful spinal bone metastases with NRPS of 2 or more 3. painful spinal bone metastases had history of irradiation at least once 4. An hour resting in supine is possible 5. Age; 20- 6. Expected prognosis; 6 months or more 7. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The lesion is radiosensitive tumor 2. Need to surgical intervention due to spinal cord compression 3. Radiation history in same area within 3 months 4. Stereotactic body radiation therapy history in same area 5. Serious medical or psychological problems
