Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy adults in Kyoto University; (2) people who understand the explanation of the study and the instruction of the exercise; (3) people who provide written informed consent before participating in the study; (4) people whose BMI are less than 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with a history of orthopedic or neurological disease in their lower limbs; (2) people who are involved in a daily training program
