Inclusion criteria: Healthy or hypertensive subjects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with an estimated glomerular filtration rate of <50ml/min/1.73m2, advanced lung disease, mental illness, severe hepatic dysfunction, severe diabetes, neurological disease, maintenance dialysis.
