Inclusion criteria: patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantaion at Toranomon Hospital after January 2011 and who also see dentists at Toranomon Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at Toranomon Hospital before 2010
