Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pathologically diagnosed as gastric or esophago-gastric adenocarcinoma. 2) Curatively resectable cT1N2-3M0, cT2N0-3M0, cT3N0M0 and cT4N0M0 (excluding bulky N2) cancer by proximal or total gastrectomy without splenectomy. 3) Older than 20 y.o. 4) PS 0~2 5) No previous treatment for gastric cancer. 6) BMI<35 7) Consented to be enrolled to the trial from participant him/herself.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Double cancer 2) cT4b 3) P1, Cy1 or cM1 4) Cases of received neoadjuvant treatment. 5) Pregnant or breast feeding. 6) Mental disorder 7) Continuous systemic administration of steroid. 8) Infectious disease with systemic treatment. 9) Uncontrollable diabetes mellitus. 10) Unstable coronary angina or history of MI within 6 months. 11) Respiratory disease with continuous administration of oxygen.
