Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are diagnosed with MCS and belong to Japanese patient self-help group, and who is the head of these groups. 2. Adult (over 20 years old), gender does not matter. 3. After sufficient explanation about participation in this study, written consent was obtained by the patient's own free will.
