Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In patients with chronic type C hepatitis or compensated cirrhosis and non alcoholic fatty liver disease, who agrees to do interval walking training (interval walking training group) and who does not agree to do interval walking training (control group).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who is not suitable for doing interval walking training. 2.Patient who experienced cardiovascular disease, peripheral circulatory disease or cerebrovascular disease. 3.Patient with HCC
