Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible patients are 20 years old or older, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (ECOG PS) 0-1, histologically or cytologically confirmed thoracic malignant disease, and scheduled to receive first-course cisplatin (60 mg/m2 and more) combination therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of CT scan three months later from the start of treatment
