Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received 2 weeks of inspiratory muscle training before surgery and physiotherapy after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative exercise is contraindicated, unstable angina, uncontrolled arrhythmia, postoperative hemodynamic instability, cognitive decline.
