Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Person who feels decline of health and work performance by office work. 2.Those who can come to the study site during the study period. 3.Person that informed consent was provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who are pregnant. 2.Person having malignant tumors or bleeding disorders. 3.Those who are participating in other studies or trials at the same time.
