Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who had ALK rearrangement positive results for sensitive immunohistochemistry (IHC), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), or reverse-transcriptase polymerase-chain-reaction (RT-PCR), and all patients with positive results for FISH had more than 15% split signals.
