Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: *diabetes *age:40-85 years old *stable HbA1c during recent 2-3 months *allowed to perform exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: *with pace maker *dementia *neuropathy *severe retinopathy *hemodialysis
