Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 40 years of age or older (2) can practice daily exercise (resistance training and walking) (3) can agree to participate by their own will and provide written informed consent before entry.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) having allergy against olive (2) pregnancy, and engagement in breast-feeding (3) undergoing rehabilitation by knee or waist pain (4) have participated another clinical trial within 3 month befer agreement (5) judged inadequate for participation by the investigator.
