Inclusion criteria: Patients with non-traumatic neck pain in emergency department of Wakayama Medical University hospital from April 2013 to March 2017

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant with headache or sore throat Transferred from other hospital Initial diagnosing of some other specialists
