Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes who are hospitalized

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients in emergent state like diabetic ketoacidosis or Hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state - Patients who have difficulties in the activities of daily living
