Inclusion criteria: The eligibility conditions included readiness to participate in the study and self-report scales (PSQ-Op and PSQ-Org) was used to identify the eligible participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those that did not satisfy the criteria were not admitted into the trial.
